Thank you all again for your support of UNC CAUSE 2010!  Without our valuable vendor participation, this conference would not be the success it has been for the past 30 years.

Shipping Information

You can ship your booth materials directly to the Hilton.  It is important for you to know that your material may not arrive there prior to November 4nd or you will be charged a storage fee.

Gifts, Giveaways and Prizes

As an attendance incentive, we encourage you to bring door prized or giveaways.  In order ot maximize your presence, we would like to announce and draw all door prizes at the Wendesday morning breakfast.  Please coordinate with Harry Nicholos (unc.cause.vendorchair@gmail.com) to arrange!

Vendor Room

The vendor booths are located in the Cape Fear Ballroom.  The ballroom will be open on Monday 11/8 from 8am to 12noon for booth setup. The vendor room assignments can be found online here.

The vendor room will be open for conference attendees from 12noon to 5pm on Monday 11/8 and 8am to 5pm on Tuesday 11/9.  Booth tear down may begin at 5pm on Tuesday.

Accommodations

The conference is being held at the Wilmington Riverside Hilton in scenic Wilmington, North Carolina. Lodging information is located online at:

There are currently rooms remaining at the Hilton however they are not at the UNC CAUSE block rate.  The Hilton also manages the Riverview Suites (which are a bit lower in price than the Hilton), but you will need to call the Wilmington Hilton directly (910-763-5900).

Conference Room

Do you need or want to take some special clients off the vendor floor and have a private conversation or presentation? If so, then we have just what you need!  We are offering 50 minute slots in our Private Conference Room for $75/each.  Please note the time slot you’d like to request on the form (or contact Harry Nicholos – unc.cause.vendorchair@gmail.com).  If that slot’s not available, I’ll work with you to arrange another time!

Registration

You will be registering via our online registration form at: http://registration.unccause.org/index.php and your company will be listed in the “Institution” drop down.

Logo

We would like to use your company’s logo in our publications (online and printed).  If you would please send this to jen_riehle@ncsu.edu as soon as possible.  Our drop date on this is October 15th.
