Explore the framework and the successful outcome of the Staff Training and Education Program (STEP) developed by East Carolina University’s Information Technology and Computing Services. STEP focuses on cultivating IT professionals through skill development, project assignments, career-enhancing opportunities and rewards.

This session will unveil the design, implementation, cost effectiveness and the rewards associated with the program to the successful graduation of seven IT professionals who are highly skilled in their field, endorsed with national certifications and have been rewarded for their hard work through compensation and quality training.
